Hi, I'm Jessica

Certified Fitness Trainer & Pre & Postnatal Specialist

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since March of 2018 and a Pre & Postnatal Coach since April of 2021. Helping women feel strong and good in their bodies is a passion of mine.
