BFit with Jessica started as just a simple name for posting about Jessica's Zumba and Pound classes. In 2020 it became so much more than that when Jessica branched out on her own and left the big box gyms. It became some that symbolized Jessica's passion in fitness and her drive to help women feel amazing, strong and confident in their bodies.

 

BFit with Jessica specializes in Pre & Postpartum fitness. Jessica's passion is to help women and moms start or return to their fitness journey safely and feel strong and confident in their bodies. Her approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of women during and after pregnancy. She provides a safe and effective exercise program that helps women to regain their strength, flexibility, and confidence. She believes that a healthy body and mind are essential for a happy and fulfilling life.
