I've worked with Jess for many phases of my fitness journey! From being postpartum with my baby, through my pregnancy and postpartum with my second baby, she's been there for me through it all. Two pregnancies and 2 C-Sections in 2 years is so rough on your body, but she's been there to help me heal my core and get my strength back. She is so knowledgeable on form and exercises for all stages of fitness. I've never had to worry if I was going to hurt myself because she's so good at making sure your form is correct in the kindest way possible. She knows when you're ready to advance to the next stage of fitness and knows when to push you to do your best. I look forward to working out with her weekly, it's my happy place! I'm so thankful to have a friend and trainer like her!

Jess has been my trainer since 2018. When I started working with her, my goals were weight loss and muscle building.

Over time those goals changed. Getting married changed the focus to fitting into a dress and then preparing for the birth of my baby girl.

Jess worked with me through my pregnancy until the 7th month when my body demanded that I take it easy. The prenatal workout plan she created for me prepped my body for delivery and it was incredibly helpful in my recovery. My little one was delivered a month early, after spending about 40 hours in labor. Within 24 hours I was walking through the hospital to visit my daughter in the NICU. That would not have been possible without the weight training I'd completed before hand.

Afterward, Jess helped me get back into my workouts. It has been wonderful having such a compassionate guide in my pre & postnatal fitness journey.

Even more recently she's helped with my recovery from injuries to both my knee and elbow. She's tailored all my workouts around what I needed to rehab my joints. Jess is the best!

I started training with Jess about a year out from our wedding because I wasn't feeling confident in my own skin and I knew I wanted to take the steps to get healthier, but didn't know how to get there on my own. I was going to the gym, but I always had trouble trying to plan a workout and with knowing what to do once I was at the gym. Training with Jess changed everything. She really takes the time to meet you where you are at and figure out exactly what you need to reach your personal goals. She is professional and so knowledgeable. It is one of the best decisions I've made and worth every penny, every step of the way. I felt amazing on my wedding day. I reached my goal and felt so strong and confident. Now that the wedding is over I'm still training with Jess because it has been good for not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. I am so thankful I decided to start when I did.

I rally can't say enough about Jessica. A year ago, in August of 2022, I was at my heaviest weight ever. I was uncomfortable in my body. I had high blood pressure for the first tie in my life, and even just my regular daily activities had become difficult. I was in a place where I felt like I had tried everything and nothing worked. I felt stuck and defeated.

I had every excuse in the book to not do this - but I'm o happy I finally did. Jess started me off in a place that was comfortable, yet still challenging for me. Over the past year she has continued to push me, and SAFELY challenge myself. By her driving my accountability and her unwavering encouragement, this is the longest I have ever consistently exrcised and I feel stronger and more confident than ever!

I have never worked out regularly for more than a couple months at a time. But, after having two kids in two years my body no longer looked or felt like mine. I found a personal trainer on Instagram and worked out with them for a few months, but it felt like my workouts were not being tailored to me and my postpartum body. When I came across Jessica on Instagram and saw that she had a postpartum program, I knew I needed to try it.

Her postpartum program was exactly what my body needed and now 7 months later, I am still working out with her twice a week! Jessica is an amazing trainer who makes you feel comfortable and able to reach your fitness goals. She is patient when you don't remember how to do a specific workout and is always watching to make sure you are using the correct form. Before working out with her instructors would always say 'engage your core', but Jessica taught me how to properly do that. I also love that we workout in her home gym instead of having to go to a crowded gym.
