The workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming – all to loud, kick-ass music. An energizing, infectious, sweat-dripping workout, each strike of the Ripstix releases a primal aggression as well as a neuromuscular reward of mixing sound and movement. POUND allows you to truly become the music.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG Nation™ instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

CIRCL Mobility
​Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help your students move better, longer. Set to a soundtrack of healing tones + sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.

Strong Moms
Strong Moms is a full body circuit style class where we focus on building functional strength. We move through multiple compound exercises with movement patterns that you use in your everyday life. After the circuit we will move through a 15 minute mobility cooldown. Along with a great workout you also get a great community of mommas to be a part of.

I do recommend moms that attend this class have completed my 12 week post partum program or have seen a pelvic floor PT and have a strong foundation and connection to your core.
