Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Trainer
Hi! I'm Jessica, a mom of two little boys, wife and business women. My career in fitness started as a Zumba instructor in 2014. My love grew when I became certified as a Pound Pro in 2017. In 2017 my husband and I had our first child and it was then I decided to make the career change and become a certified personal trainer.

After my first pregnancy and during my second I realized there was not a lot of information out there for fitness during and after a pregnancy. That's when I found the Girls Gone Strong Pre & Postnatal Coaching Program. In 2020 I became certified as a Pre & Postnatal coach and haven't looked back!
