So many women put their mental and physical health on the back burner. Maybe you work full time and have a family to take care of, maybe you don't have access to a gym, maybe there's another reason you've put yourself last. Now you don't have to. Jessica can create a custom workout plan that fits with your lifestyle. Whether you need quick short workouts or need a plan with limited equipment, Jessica can help you reach your goals.

With custom workouts and habit based coaching I will make sure you stay on track to reach your goals. Having an accountability buddy and guidance will set you up on the path for success.

All programs come with a welcome packet with a program description, workout and nutrition tracker, access to BFit app with workouts on your calendar and workout videos included so you know what you are doing every step of the way.

Jessica will also check in with you weekly or bi-weekly depending on your schedule.

What is the difference between custom online training and pre-made programs?
With custom online training Jessica will work with you on your goals and create a custom program just for you. Pre-made online programs are programs pre-designed for overall fitness. The pre-made programs vary based on different generic goals people may have.

What are the costs?
Custom online training is $152.46 | Pre-made programs range from $99-199

Can I pause my online training?
Yes, Jessica understands that life happens and things come up to where you may need to take a break. In order to pause or cancel your online training reach out to Jessica through the app or bfitwithjessica@gmail.com. You will need to notify Jessica before the next billing cycle.

Do I need any equipment?
Certain pre-made programs will require the use of bands, dumbbells or other various pieces of gym equipment. If you don't have access to something in a program reach out to Jessica and she can swap out exercises with what you have access to.

Custom on-line programs will be customized to what you have access to.

Are these workouts safe for pregnancy?
Custom programs can be tailored to where you are at and how you are feeling. Pre-made pregnancy workouts are coming soon!

Are these workouts safe for prolapse or diastasis recti?
​There is no one-size-fits-all answer, but in general…yes. BFit with Jessica designs workouts with the “mom core” in mind. That said, everyone is different and their healing is, too. Keep an eye open for warning signs that your body isn’t handling the workouts and always modify as needed. Doming from your abs, feelings of pain or pulling or a heaviness in the vagina, and/or fecal or urinary leaking are all signs your body isn’t ready for that particular movement…yet! Be patient and give yourself some grace.

Is it safe to workout while breastfeeding?
Yes, however there are a couple things to keep in mind while working out and breastfeeding.

Your body is working overtime making sure you have enough to nourish that beautiful baby so make sure you are getting enough nourishment yourself. Make sure you are eating plenty of whole foods and staying hydrated so you don't loose your supply.

Your body is also still producing relaxin, a hormone that increases ligament laxity and can make you more prone to injury. Be extra cautious and mindful as you work through the program.

How long are the workouts?
Jessica knows that life is crazy and sometimes it is so hard to fit working out into your crazy. Jessica makes sure that the workouts can be completed in 30 minutes or less.

How do I make sure I'm doing the workouts correctly?
All of the workouts have demonstration videos of the exercises for you to reference during your workout. If you are still not sure reach out to Jessica and she can help you make sure that your form is correct.

How are check-ins done?
Most communication and check-ins will be done through the chat in the app. If we need to do a video chat to go over form those will be done through Facebook Messenger.
