Training Packages
BFit with Jessica has a variety of training packages available that can fit into anyone's life and budget.

One on one training packages are available in 4, 6, 8, or 12 sessions. Sessions are 30 minutes and plans are customized based on clients goals.

This 12 week program is for any postpartum momma that is looking to start or return to fitness. It doesn't matter if its 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, we start with the basics and connecting to our breath. The next round begins March 2025.

You can choose from custom online training programs that are designed based off your goals, or pre-made programs for you to follow. Both options come with a personal calendar and weekly/bi-weekly check-ins.

BFit's approach to nutrition is based off building sustainable lifelong habits. Whether nutrition is something completely foreign to you or you know some basics, Jessica will meet you where you are at and help guide you to make the best decisions for your health.
